Feast of St. Mary

Mother Mary holds a special place in the life of the Church as the chosen mother of Jesus and a perfect example of faith. When God asked her to take part in His plan of salvation, Mary responded with humility and trust, saying “yes” even though she did not fully understand what lay ahead. Through her obedience, Christ came into the world.

St. Mary’s life teaches us how to listen to God, to trust Him in difficult moments, and to serve others with love. As a caring mother, she continues to pray for us and guide us closer to her Son, reminding us to live with faith, hope, and compassion each day.

Our church is consecrated in the name of St. Mary, honoring her as our patron and loving mother. Each year, we joyfully celebrate the Feast of St. Mary on January 14 and 15.
